Oryx Rotana is offering a Xpress Check out service to its guests. Since the hotel has a heavy check out in the morning, they decided to add a counter at Choices Restaurant (all day dining restaurant) during Breakfast time to ease the process. Most hotels are now using the Express Checkout service that allows customers to check out of their rooms at a dedicated spot at the hotel without actually having to wait for their final bill to be produced and wait in line at the reception desk. It is a great convenience for hotel guests at all times, but especially so when they are pressed for time, which is often the case.
Design Objective
Guests are not aware the moment that this service exists at the hotel. It would serve them greatly if the hotel was to inform them of this new service. The request is to design a logo, tent card for hotel guest rooms and poster to inform guests of the Xpress Check out convenience at the counter.
